The hours are 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
The pay is in the range of $21.00 to $25.00 an hour depending upon experience.

You will need a resume, car, license, background check.
You need experience either doing maintenance, such as replacing a door, change a lock, snake a sink, possible replace bathtub.and more.

Remodeling an apartment(s). Could be replacing an existing countertop, some patching with dry wall and other facets of remodeling.
