Roofing Service Technician
As the leader of the service crew, you will be responsible for investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects in various commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal. Your role will involve managing commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship.
Commercial Roofing Service Technician Responsibilities:
Roof maintenance and repairs
Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
Maintain professional interaction with all customers
Manage commercial roofing service crew, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, and assisting in the training of crew members as needed.
Commercial Roofing Service Technician Core Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
5+ years of experience leading commercial roofing service crews
A valid driver's license
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
FCS Software knowledge is a plus
Must be able to lift 75+ pounds regularly
Must be able to work at varying heights and during various weather conditions
Must be able to work with ladders
Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co-workers
Initiative, integrity, and adaptability
Technology savvy
Proximity to Westerville, OH
