CSM Team Lead
Responsible for daily production assignments given by The Market Operator.
Direct Job Duties
Perform the following duties in the time assigned and with highest quality.
Waterproofing and Moisture Control Systems in crawl spaces and basements.
Lead install of interior french drains, sub slab drains, sump pump pits including plumbing and wiring of sump pumps.
Lead install of barriers, encapsulations, vent sealing and dehumidification systems.
Lead install of Spray Foam on crawl space walls
Structural Carpentry (Termite and Water Damage)
Structural repair/floor framing
Sill/Joists/Girder repairs and installation
Drop Girder Installation
Crawl space door
CMU piers and post pier installation
Direct Management Duties
Manage job site: workflow, quality, work timeliness, materials purchase, work folder, communicating with customers well, communicate with office staff.
Be able to troubleshoot issues as they arise and communicate with office staff and homeowners, as needed.
Manage tools on site for each job - making sure the tools needed are on site at the time needed to make workflow most efficient.
Take pictures of finished work and load into Vonigo CRM.
Communicate on inventory needs, including supplies for upcoming jobs as well as stocked items.
Schedule time for maintenance to the shop, tools, equipment and vehicles.
As Lead Repair Manager, you’ll be provided a work truck to use during the work day. The truck will be parked at the shop during non work hours.
All tools will be provided by Crawlspace Medic.
Wear our uniform, which includes khaki work pants, a Crawlspace Medic hat and shirt. Hat and shirts are provided by Crawlspace Medic
Be the main touch point with customers on the jobsite. Clearly communicate and answer questions.
Be kind and courteous to customers and fellow workers on the job site and off
No smoking on the jobsite or in company trucks.
Worker is required to work in crawl spaces and must be able to work in tight spaces for multiple hours at a time.
Worker is required to have the strength, vision and ability to operate multiple types of power tools for multiple hours at a time.
Compensation Rate Benefits
Comp Rate: $20-$25 per hour and performance based bonus compensation.
PTO: One Week Year One, Earn two additional days each twelve month cycle. Not to exceed ten days total.
Seven Paid Holidays each year.
Semi Annual Review: 6 and 12 months.
