SUMMARY
Accurate IT Services is looking for general warehouse associate. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a warehouse utilizing power tools, 75 lbs. lifting, pallet jack use, and have the ability to work on their feet for an 8 hour shift. Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sort and organize a wide variety of technical equipment that includes: commercial computer systems, voice & data handling systems, enterprise networking equipment, general home & office equipment, consumer & vintage electronics, cables & other tech related materials.
1. Package finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling, Cleaning)
2. Stage finished product for loading
3. Load finished product onto truck
4. Unload raw materials from truck
5. Move raw materials to warehouse storage
6. Attend of-site pickups as assigned
7. Test, sort, dismantle, and process inventory
8. Responsible for quality control of company product
9. Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs)
10. Operate forklifts (upon approval)
11. Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on forklift, and company vehicles
12. Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area
13. Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use
14. Check in equipment received in warehouse according to company procedure
15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures
16. Other general warehouse duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Manual dexterity required for operating machinery.
3. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds required.
4. Clean Background check.
5. Willingness for background check and drug screening.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work involves frequent lifting of materials and product up to 75 pounds. Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and hardhats.
