I pro se litigant needing a legal research to assist with identifying case law in order to make appropriate legal arguments. This is a 12 year old case that's finally heading to trial. Discovery has been delayed for nearly 5 years. All stays have been lifted. This is a part time commitment and begins 2.12.24.
