We at RecRoomWorld / VPcabs are looking for a detail-oriented individual for a full-time production specialist position (40 hours per week) to help manufacture Arcade and Pinball machines.
You will print artwork wraps, cut them down, apply them, print 3D plungers, and assist with other warehouse manufacturing-related tasks. This job requires precision work. The ability to learn new skills is important (we will teach you).
- Minimum Qualifications -
A high school diploma is preferred; positive job references would help. Similar job experience is NOT required. The ability to perform precision work is crucial. Photoshop proficiency is preferred.
- Responsibilities -
Run the large-format printer
Run the 3D printer
Troubleshoot the printer as needed
Apply artwork wraps
Check output to ensure the highest quality
Open/close product crates
Report on issues, malfunctions, or defective parts
Update Spreadsheets
- Skills -
Good understanding of quality control principles
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Good physical condition (must be able to lift 100 lbs.)
High school diploma: A higher degree from a technical school is appreciated.

Live within a radius of no more than 15 minutes from Grove City, Ohio (south side of Columbus)

Position: 8 am to 5 pm (1 hour lunch break)
Pays $20/hour (initial training period (2 months) paid at $15/hour)
Healthcare: $3/hour allowance (we will pay for your coverage - you pick your provider)
Years End Profit Sharing (kicks in after the first year - worth about 10K to 20K)
