Company hours are Monday-Friday 7A-3:30P. Overtime frequently available.
Experience is preferred, but not necessary. We can train.

Hourly rate varies depending on what job you apply for and are assigned to.
Attendance and willingness to work are a must. Opportunities to advance within the business with additional pay are dependent on those two conditions.

1) First position open is for an operator to run our outdoor sandblaster/powder coating racker. The job entails working outside year round, in an unheated covered structure, weather permitting. We do not require persons to be out when temperature is below freezing, we also have a number of indoor sandblasting cabinets that can be used for smaller items when the temperature dips, but anything above freezing and the job is out in what we call the "Blast Pit". Please come to work ready with warm clothing in the winter.
Job requirements will include but are not limited to-
-The operator will be functioning by their selves in the blast pit day to day but will also be working with an alternate, who will help move parts in the pit as needed and will swap out outdoor blasting duty week to week. Essentially one week in the pit, following week inside at a blast cabinet, repeating.
-Help will be available to load and unload material from the pit, but only one person at a time in the structure while the blaster is running.
-Forklift experience is not necessary but is valued, a lot of the items we sandblast are very large and require said equipment to move around. We do offer forklift training in house if the applicant has none.
-Need to have the ability move larger metal parts by hand and lug the large sandblast hose over the shoulder for minimum one hour at a time.
-Needs to be able to shovel sand by hand into an upright hopper
2) We are looking to add masking positions and racking positions in our Plating shop.
Job requirements will include but are not limited to-
-Basic ability to quality control parts before packing for shipment
-Moving metal parts around the facility by hand
-Hanging parts on a rack for plating
-Removing and packaging said parts for shipment.
-General cleaning (sweeping floors, emptying trash, etc)
-Ability to quality control the parts upon completion before packaging.
-Ability to work in conjunction with a team to produce a customer required number of pieces per day.
-General masking/unmasking on customer parts
-Maintaining an clean and organized work area
-Keeping a written log of work completed.
