Job Description: Part-Time
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, and providing administrative support to staff and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office operations and procedures
- Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as necessary
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Provide general support to visitors and clients
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication and workflow
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
- Manage office budget and expenses
- Plan and coordinate company events and activities
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
