Veterinary Receptionist
Part Time
20-25 hours a week, availability for opening/closing shifts and Saturdays.

Rosehill Veterinary Hospital is a multi-doctor practice seeking a Veterinary Receptionist who has a desire to work in a practice that is highly dedicated to providing superior client service and patient care. Rosehill Veterinary Hospital is a long-standing and distinguished member of the Reynoldsburg community, serving our neighborhood for nearly 50 years. Our practice focuses on the medical and preventative care of dogs and cats. We are seeking reliable people that are team-oriented with excellent communication skills with fellow colleagues, clients, and our community. This candidate should be skilled, clear with expectations, and have an awareness of all surroundings and tasks occurring at the hospital.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Answer incoming telephone calls.
Operate a multiple-line telephone system.
Communicate with clients as needed regarding invoices and the medical status of their pets.
Create estimates and relay them to clients.
Schedule outpatient, surgical, hospitalized patient, and drop off procedure appointments using a computerized scheduling program.
Check in appointments, obtaining accurate information from the client and their pet.
Enter charges and accept payment from the clients.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
Experience answering the telephone in a busy environment: 1 year (preferred)
Excellent Communication Skills
