Currently seeking an immediate full-time maintenance position to perform resident's work orders and turn vacant units.
Typical schedule is Monday-Friday hours, but on some occasions ability to work nights and evenings at the
applicants desire.
Previous apartment and construction experience required.
Great Hourly position with holiday pay and Cash BONUS'S are given.
Ability to perform the following is required:
Lay LVL flooring.
Install bathroom sinks, vanities, and toilets.
Basic Plumbing, including garbage disposals and new kitchen sinks.
Basic Electrical.
Dry wall repair and Painting.
Basic carpentry skills.
Own tools and transportation required, although a Company vehicle could
be available with insurance approval.
