Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 140 unit residential community. This position is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the property and ensuring a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and emergency maintenance of apartment units and common areas.
Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues.
Complete service requests promptly and efficiently, maintaining communication with management and residents.
Perform preventative maintenance, including seasonal property inspections and upkeep.
Assist with apartment turnovers, including painting, drywall repair, cleaning, and appliance installation.
Ensure property grounds and building exteriors are clean, safe, and presentable.
Qualifications:
2+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing or a similar environment.
Knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
