I am looking to hire a part time employee to manage my residential units.
Description
Walk through all the units on daily basis to make sure that no wanted guests on the property and to make sure that it's well maintained.
Respond to service calls from tenants and being able to repair mechanical and plumbing issues.
Picking up rent and to file eviction when needed.
Maintain records.
Cosmetic renovation, painting, scraping and construction before renting out the units.
