Looking for individual with real estate and property management experience. This is a part time position with as needed hours. I am a small real estate investor that needs help with day to day operations.
Main duties include:
Inspections, tenant communication, showings, working with repair vendors, handling other issues as they arise.
Properties are located mainly on East and North parts of town. Anticipating 6-8 hours per week.
1099 position. Do not apply if you are looking for fulltime work. Must be able to pass background check.
