We seek contractors knowledgeable about property preservation who can work on landscape, grass cuts, tree trimming, repairs outside and inside the house, mold remediation, drywall, roof repair, etc. The contractor can be located anywhere in Ohio or travel to locations inside Ohio to complete the work. They must know what is needed for preservation work, such as taking photographs of the property before, during, and after the work is completed. They can also take proper photos of the damages or repairs needed, or tree or shrub trimming required, and send them to us so we can bid on getting that work for you. Once we recruit you as a subcontractor, you must provide FIN and your address. A contact email will help in getting work orders sent to you directly.
