The ideal candidate for this position will be a savvy communicator with a passion for real estate, project management, interior design, or influencer marketing. This role focuses equally on administrative and creative support and requires strong interpersonal skills, responsiveness, and follow-up.

Responsibilities:
Property Management 20%
- Provide some administrative support for rental properties: short-term rentals (furnished nightly, i.e., Airbnb/VRBO), medium-term (monthly furnished), and long-term rentals (unfurnished)
- Manage online rental listings, screen inquiries, schedule virtual and in-person tours, provide access to properties as needed for tours or vendor appointments, follow-up on applications, update and follow checklists
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and schedule the necessary vendors
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors, and follow-up to ensure work was completed as agreed
- Run errands such as: getting keys copied, picking up items at Lowe’s/Home Depot, etc.
Business Development & Marketing Support 40%
- Build familiarity with brokerage brand and marketing standards and rules. A brand book will be provided.
- Attend brokerage meetings.
- Social Media acumen is a must. Social Media strategy will be collaborative, so the RE Assistant will learn and grow in this role: content creation, managing an editorial calendar, and building engagement
- Become proficient in Canva, Dotloop, Email Marketing, and Brokerage Design software
- Proficiency in MS Office applications: Outlook, Work, and Excel
- Email Marketing: copywriting, formatting, design, distribution list management
- This role will create and manage an Editorial Calendar including our open house, events calendar, social media, earned media (PR), paid advertising in print & online media, and other promotional opportunities within the industry.
- Prep, proofread, and manage client documents
- Collaborate with our internal administrative team to ensure compliance
Client Support 20%
- Accompany agent on client and referral partner meetings to take notes
- Assist with property prep to go to market: assisting with organizing, decluttering, running items to donate, scheduling & meeting vendor or contractors, placing or removing lock boxes, running errands or picking up items as needed, prepping property for showings, open houses, inspections, appraisals, and walk-through’s
- Plan and work open houses and Broker’s Open events
- Follow-up on leads and inquiries as directed by agent
General Assistant Support 20%
- FedEx, UPS, and USPS runs to pick up printed marketing materials, process returns, etc.
- Design and print labels, marketing materials, brochures, open house sign-in sheets, agent books, buyer and seller books
- Run errands, pick up orders as needed
- Order and manage deliveries as needed from online vendors
- Gift Management: order, track, and deliver client and prospect gifts
