We are looking for a Front Desk/Concierge for The Woodhouse day spa!
The Woodhouse has been Voted "Best of Columbus" every year since 2011
* A GREAT environment at an UPSCALE full service spa.
* We have been open for almost eight years and have a staff of just under 50!
* We deliver the highest level of customer service and we need you to join our team!
We are looking for:
* Someone who can work well with others, has a sense of humor, yet is professional at all times.
* This can be either a Full-Time or Part-Time position but we will need you to be available most weekends.
* You will need to be available to close a few days each week (leaving at 8 or 9 PM, depending on the day)
Responsibilities:
* Cash and credit card transactions - utilizing our computer system
* Book guest appointments
* Knowledgeable of all of our services and products - we will train you!
* Assists our Housekeepers with cleaning duties
* Interact with guests in a very professional manner
