HOME DEPARTMENT HEAD JOB DESCRIPTION

The Home Department Head is responsible for driving sales in the Home Department, by providing excellent customer service while maintaining visual standards and in-stock position. Additionally, the Home Department Head is responsible for a variety of duties including cashiering, merchandising, stocking merchandise, and maintaining visual standards as directed by management.

REQUIREMENTS

1+ Years of experience in retail preferred, but not required.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent time management & organizational skills.

Ability to initiate a conversation.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Must be able to work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered for employment consistent with the requirements of all applicable law.

PRICING & SIGNAGE COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION

The POS Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are the assurance of accurate and timely pricing of product, placement and removal of advertised signage and other administrative paperwork assigned by the General Manager. Additionally, the POS Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service and a variety of duties including cashiering, merchandising, stocking merchandise, and maintaining visual standards as directed by management.

REQUIREMENTS

1+ Years of experience in retail preferred, but not required.

Must be able to work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.

Excellent communication skills and ability to initiate a conversation.

Excellent time management & organizational skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Understanding of and ability to operate RF unit.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
