Job Title: Sr Functional Systems Analyst

Location: Remote or Columbus, OH

Duration: 6 months +, possibility to convert to permanent.

Posi tion Summary:
This position will serve as the data analyst and cognitive engineer for our Client's newest AI digital assistance. The job entails the designing of the conversation flow for the chat bot and natural language IVR. Understanding data to enable continuous improvement of AI and containment is an essential task. This position will also support the product owner in the development the vision and strategy for the IVR and digital assistant (AI) technology.

Essential Job Functions & Tasks:
• Interpret and effectively communicate the results of analytical finding to technical and non-technical audiences
• Understand the day-to-day issues that our Client's business faces, which can be better understood with data
• Participate in the design and development of functional specifications and user Interfaces for a digital assistant (AI) enhancements with moderate direction from senior staff.
• Leveraging data insights to conceptualize and iterate on high-quality end-to-end designs for conversational user interfaces
• Create natural dialog flows, wireframes and templates that clearly convey a conversation architecture to development teams
• Create and prototype pre-visualizations to help communicate design ideas
• Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Work collaboratively within the assigned team as well as among all the IT, Corp Comm and other Customer teams
• Participate in the development of release plans
• Perform data analysis to guide continuous improvement in customer engagement and product containment
• Participate in process design and develop business cases
• Develop test plans and participate in testing
• Knowledge and experience with natural language understanding and generation systems
• Experience designing for Assistant and/or AI, machine learning
• Translate customer needs into design that enables the ability to deliver personalized and contextual information in real-time.
• Must have experience with one or more Chatbot platforms.

Additional Requirements:
• Experience with Jira, BotMock , Genesys , Google Dialog Flow and Microsoft Suite a plus.
• Data analysis experience. Ability to leverage data query tools for both data query and analysis.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Customer service and call center experience preferred.

Minimum Requirements:
Education Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or Engineering, Math or Statistics Field. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Work Experience: 8 Years' of Experience with Bachelor's Degree. 9 Years' of Experience with Associate's Degree.

Additional Requirements: Physical demand level is Sedentary

No travel other than potential collaboration meeting (could also be remote depending on successful candidates location)
