This position will be responsible for providing advanced technical support across multiple platforms, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software systems, and supporting users across a broad technological landscape.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter capable of working independently while also collaborating with peers and mentoring junior staff. This role requires hands-on experience with Windows 11, Active Directory, file server management, and GPO settings, as well as strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Help Desk Analyst to work for us as our direct, W2 salaried or hourly employee to join our team. You will:
Independently install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and administer hardware and/or software in areas including:
o Workstation support
o Network and server administration
o Business continuity
o Information security
o Telecommunications and network connectivity
o SAN administration
Evaluate and adapt standard procedures to develop innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues across multiple technological domains.
Interface with both hardware and software platforms, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
Provide informal mentorship and guidance to peers or junior staff through collaboration and documentation.
Respond to user inquiries and concerns both verbally and in writing.
Perform other IT support duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
This role requires onsite presence in either Franklin or Madison County. (Travel is required between locations as needed.)
Minimum 3 years of experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues across multiple technology domains
Strong hands-on experience with Windows 11 support and troubleshooting
Proficient in file server management, Active Directory, and Group Policy (GPO) configuration
In-depth knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, and GPO settings
Solid understanding and technical proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems
Experience working with the ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) platform
