Apex Systems is looking for a Technical Support Agent with strong customer service skills in Columbus, OH.

Candidates will be responsible for resolving technical issues, as well as guiding user through process related difficulties via phone and email.

Experience desired:

  • Customer Service experience and positive attitude
  • Technical troubleshooting experience (Hardware, software, POS, etc.)
  • A+ certification (or currently pursuing)
  • HDI certification (or currently pursuing)
  • Any form of retail store experience
  • Previous call center experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow or another similar ticketing tool
  • Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills
