What You’ll Do:
Maintain a safe and secure environment for patrons, clients, and staff.
Enforce entry protocols and monitor crowd control.
De-escalate conflicts professionally or step in with authority when necessary.
Respond quickly to incidents with a firm, no-nonsense approach.
Work closely with management to maintain a respectful and orderly venue.
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military (preferred but not required).
A commanding presence, confidence under pressure, and physical stamina.
Excellent situational awareness and conflict-resolution skills.
Willingness to act decisively when safety is at stake.
Reliable and professional demeanor.
