Pillars Protection Services, LLC is currently seeking multiple candidates for several Armed & Unarmed Security Officer positions. Training is provided!
Part-Time Dispatch/Office Manager Opportunity Too!
Unarmed Security Officer Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a BCI Fingerprint background check
- Have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficient in English including reading, writing and speaking
- Possess a high school diploma or G.E.D.
- MUST stand for a long periods of time
- MUST pass drug screening
- MUST work flexible hours arriving to work location on time and prepared to work
Additional Armed Security Officer Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be OPOTA certified through the state of OHIO
Responsibilities Include:
- Understand and remain current on officer expectations
- Maintain a neat professional appearance
- Patrol or man fixed post position to deter criminal activity and/or enforce client expectations
- Document any suspicious activity, all incidents, accidents and emergencies
- Strict following of physical engagement protocol:
- Deescalate situations before physical engagement when possible
- Use only minimum force to regain control
