Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Estimator to join our team in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will manage the estimating of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating with clients and contractors for bids and upcoming projects to quote. You will also handle material pricing requests and communicating with vendors. Additionally, you will maintain project documentation and reports, ensuring that quotes align with company goals, and assist with project project managers in relaying project information.
Qualifications
Must have industry knowledge of casework and millwork materials/construction methods
Must be able to understand casework/millwork pricing methods
Inspection skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently
Experience as a builder within the millwork industry is a plus
Strong computer skills are a plus

3 day weekends (Friday-Sat-Sun OFF)
