In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. Duties:
Lead Generation: Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to generate leads for roofing services.
Customer Engagement: Engage homeowners in conversations about their roofing needs, provide information about our services, and answer any initial questions.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for homeowners with our sales representatives for detailed consultations and inspections.
Informational Material Distribution: Distribute brochures, business cards, and other promotional materials to potential customers.
Follow-Up: Maintain a record of interactions and follow up with interested homeowners to confirm appointments.
Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on homeowner concerns and market conditions.
Skills Reporting: Submit daily/weekly reports on canvassing activities and results to the owner.
Skills:
Experience: Previous experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in is a plus.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building lasting relationships.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in using technology tools for sales tracking and reporting.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and stay motivated to achieve targets.
Physical Stamina: Ability to walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions
