Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Knocking doors to offer free roof and window inspections to homeowners on behalf of Everguard Exterior.
Demonstrating a vast knowledge of the products/services we have to offer.
Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor while gathering necessary information to generate leads.
Confidently answering questions and addressing objections to meet objectives.
Consistently meeting or exceeding weekly quotas.
Having access to a smartphone.
Hourly Pay:
$17.00/hr
Commission:
$75 per qualified Appointment (Resulting in a Demo)
3% of sale bonus for each appointment that results in a sale
Performance Bonuses:
$250 for achieving 5 Demo's in a week
$750 for achieving 18 Demo's in a month
Schedule (Part-time/20-30hrs per week):
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
