Position: In-Store Lead Generator
Position Type: Non-Management / Hourly + Incentive Pay
Schedule: Part Time or Full Time, Flexible hours based on Store hours (Some Weekends Required)
Compensation: $15.00 per/hour plus $15.00 per/lead resulting in a sales estimate

Description: Local flooring company seeking a fun outgoing individual to help generate flooring installation sales leads. The In-Store Lead Generator is responsible for generating viable installation leads inside a one of two local Home Improvement partner retail stores. The role requires walking around the store and initiating conversations with shopping customers. This person will also network with store employees in order to establish good relationships so the employees send the customers to you for an installation lead. The ability to communicate well with customers and internal associates is important.
Requirements:
Choose best hours: (Most Leads Generated SAT;SUN All Day / MON-FRI Afternoon & Evening)
Typical Results (approx.): (MON - FRI / 2-3+ estimates per shift, SAT & SUN /5+ estimates)
Build relationships with store staff and Interior Designers
Communicate with Customer Service & Sales team to schedule estimates
Enter lead information/tracking into the portal
Skills: People Skills, Ability to work independently, Ability to use a smart phone & tablet
Locations: Reynoldsburg OH (1 store); Hilliard OH (1 store) Lewis Center (1 store)
Education and Experience: We are looking for an outgoing person interested in actively seeking sales opportunities. This role is best suited for someone with the desire to build relationships and be actively walking around / moving throughout the store in order to do so.
This role can be a stepping stone to additional sales or other roles within our company.
