Responsibilities:
Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and potential customers.
Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or mail.
Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Meet sales targets within designated timeframes.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Monitor sales trends and provide regular reports.
Gather and report customer feedback and market insights.
Learn product line and assist customers with website navigation.
Complete customer information forms for efficient order processing.
Train in AutoCAD software for shelving design.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Continuously improve sales skills through training and feedback.
Represent Warehouse Rack's business philosophy positively.
Requirements:
Previous sales experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with CRM practices.
Motivated and target-driven with a proven sales record.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Effective time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to adapt presentations to audience needs.
Openness to feedback and strong relationship-building skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
