Lifetime Builds & Home Restoration LLC is seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Storm Roofing Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers in storm-affected areas and offering them our expert roofing services. Your primary goal will be to assist homeowners in assessing storm damage, working with insurance companies, and guiding them through the roof repair or replacement process.
Key Responsibilities:
Canvass neighborhoods that have been impacted by storms to identify homeowners in need of roof inspections and repairs.
Educate potential customers on storm damage, roofing systems, and the insurance claims process.
Conduct initial roof inspections and assist in providing accurate assessments of damage.
Collaborate with insurance adjusters and homeowners to ensure a smooth claim process.
Follow up with customers throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through project completion.
Achieve sales targets by building rapport and closing sales effectively.
Represent Lifetime Builds with professionalism, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
Experience in door-to-door sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation and ability to work in various weather conditions.
Knowledge of roofing systems or storm damage is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Compensation: 20% of full contract value
