We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven In-Home Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities:Conduct in-home consultations with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary considerations.

Present and demonstrate our range of exterior home improvement products, including windows, doors, decks, roofs, siding, gutters, and four-season rooms.

Educate clients on the features, benefits, and warranties of our products, emphasizing their quality and value proposition.

Provide accurate price quotes and proposals based on clients' requirements and ensure clarity on pricing, financing options, and project timelines.

Collaborate with the sales team and project managers to coordinate product installations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups, using CRM software.

Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and profitability goals.

Qualifications:Proven track record in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.

Strong knowledge of exterior home improvement products, including windows, doors, decks, roofs, siding, gutters, and four-season rooms.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
