We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bath Service Technician to join our dynamic team at Baths R Us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of bathroom fixtures and systems as part of our remodeling services. This position requires a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, along with the ability to travel to various job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation and repair of bathroom fixtures, including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, showers, shower doors, and cabinetry.
- Conduct thorough assessments of plumbing related to bathroom remodeling projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bathroom installations and repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding service options and project timelines.
- Maintain and organize tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in plumbing and bathroom remodeling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various physical conditions.
