Superintendent Responsibilities:
· Outline on-site employees with their scope of work and ensure that they understand all tasks.
· Determine necessary tools for each project.
· Monitor the daily job site log for accuracy.
· Communicate issues and recommendations to PM in the event of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
· Interpret contract terms to administrative staff and workers representing the owner or developer.
· Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
· Inspect and review project to monitor compliance with building and safety codes.
· Determine labor requirements and request workers to be dispatched to construction sites.
· Evaluate construction tasks and make recommendations on cost saving methods.
· Provides all receipts and timecards to the office staff in a timely fashion.
· Monitor the job site procedures to make sure subcontractors are compliant.

· Design – Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in the review of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

Educations and/or Experiences:
Bachelor’s degree in construction science, construction management or civil engineering is preferred or equivalent work experience.
Physical Demands:
Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling materials. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs continuously over an 8-hour shift.
