We are a small concrete construction firm specializing in the removal and replacement of driveways and we are looking for a laborer to join our team. This is a full time, W2 position, and we are looking for a long term employee. Bi-weekly pay period with direct deposit available. We guarantee 8 hours a day as long as you're on the job by 7:00. We also offer paid holidays provided you work the day before and after the holiday. You must have at least one of year experience working in an concrete construction environment. Starting wage is $20.00 an hour. We will pay up to $26.00 an hour provided you have a matching skill set and experience. We stay busy through the beginning of December. As a laborer your responsibilities will include raking gravel and concrete, helping set forms, cleaning tools and helping the other finishers when we're pouring. You do not need to be a full fledged finisher. Any finishing experience such as being able to float and edge will result in higher pay. Dependability is critical to this position as we have 8:00/10:00 concrete almost every day. This position requires a valid drivers license, your own reliable transportation, and a driving record that is insurable. We provide all tools.
