Description:
We are a residential remodeling company hiring full-time employees for long-term work. This is not a temp gig or a fill-in opportunity. We are selective about who joins our crew and are building a team committed to professionalism and reliability.
Carpenter Responsibilities:
- Framing, drywall, cabinetry, trim, tile, painting
- Occasional exterior work: decks, siding, window installs
- Follow plans, meet code, maintain clean worksites
- Communicate professionally with clients and team
Carpenter Requirements:
- 5–10 years of remodeling experience
- Own essential hand tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (truck or van preferred)
- Must use WhatsApp and accept Venmo or CashApp
- Must pass a background check and be bondable
Helper Responsibilities:
- Assist with setup, cleanup, tool handling, and basic carpentry tasks
- Learn and grow in a team environment
Helper Requirements:
- Construction or carpentry experience preferred
- Must bring basic tools and have reliable transportation
- Must be punctual, reliable, and physically able
- Must use WhatsApp and accept Venmo or CashApp
- Background check and bondable status required
Not Hiring:
- Subcontractors or business owners
- Anyone unavailable full-time
- Individuals with unreliable attendance or frequent personal conflicts
