Hiring Laborer's/Leads/Helpers For Pond/Water Feature Installations & Drainage (Columbus/Delaware) Individual's must be able to handle leading a team and completing projects in a timely matter.
Seeking Foreman/Supervisor/Laborer's for Pond Installations & Drainage. Considered applicants will be quality conscious about all work performed, and customer friendly. Growth and advance opportunity for the right individuals wanting to learn and become a value to the water feature industry. Experienced background in the landscape and or hardscape industry helpful but not necessary, willing to train the right individuals wanting to learn and having the attitude to succeed. Knowledge of rock placement into ponds, along with skidsteer, mini excavation and trencher experience a plus.
Opportunity entails; some equipment operation, manual labor (digging), excavation, stone and boulder placement, skillful in both design and installation aspect of the water feature industry.
Compensation as follows; starting rates up to $22.00 per hour for (Foreman/Supervisor) w/ strong verifiable references in the following:

Experience in the following areas a plus:
Irrigation (design, install, service, and repairs)
Landscape Installation
Water Features
Drainage Tiles
Retainer Wall
Restoration/Seeding
Snow Removal
