Experience in construction materials and management
Multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Able to work in an office environment for 90% of the workday.
Able to lift 70 lbs.
Work well under pressure
Excellent scheduling, organizational, and forecasting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assign and schedule daily staffing assignments.
Work with various properties to ensure materials are available to complete work.
Work with leads and supervisors to keep accurate records of materials needed.
Work with leads and supervisors on the progress of job assignments.
Will keep a record of pending, in-progress, and completed jobs.
Other duties as needed.
