We are looking for someone with HVAC experience this position is a “tools on crew leader” someone who will be working on the installs and or service that will also have responsibilities such as, delegating the work to get things done the most efficient, keeping track of the production of everyone on site, maintaining the schedule , and materials needed to work each day. The ideal person needs to be motivated and understand that the job may require doing something different each day due to what crew members are on site so they need to have experience in all levels of HVAC installation and service.

Pay will be based on experience, insurance available , paid time off is accrued over the period of time worked
