We want in and out 4 to 5 days tops. This is generally cabinet install, floors and painting while waiting on 1 day countertop fabrication then backsplash clean up and out. Pays per trade scope of work set rate per cabinet, flooring per Sq ft painting detail dependent, backsplash per job and ease of tile, electrical per outlet, sink hookup set rate, drywall per sheet, patch or job based.
