Laborer 2:
Qualifications: One year or more of general construction or remodeling experience.
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Employment Type: Full-time W-2
Eligibility: U.S. Citizens or possess a valid government work permit. All employees will be e-verified to confirm eligibility.
Work Schedule: Normal work hours are Mon-Fri 9 am-5:30 pm. Optional weekends and overtime may be available as needed.
Pay Range: (Depending on experience)
Job Skills: Possess the ability to work independently or as a team member with minimal to no supervision. All work is to be completed respectfully and professionally.
Job Requirements:
Closed toes shoes, no sandals allowed.
Must possess own tools. (Basic hand tools, drills, cutting tools)
Must have reliable transportation.
Examples of work for this position include but are not limited to the following. Experience in all areas is not required:
Painting interior walls and trim.
Drywall repair and finishing
Wall framing and repair
Floor repair and replacement. (LVT flooring cove base)
Cabinet and countertop repair or replacement
Caulking
Vanity repair or replacement
Bathtub removal and/or installation
Light fixture replacement
Interior and exterior door removal and installation
Trim repair or replacement
Appliance installation
Shower Manifold
Toilet replacement (including wax ring)
