Apartment Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities
Plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, refrigerators, stoves, and other building systems
Requirements:
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors
Knowledge of general plumbing repair
Ability to use hand tools and power tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of related experience preferred
HVAC Certification is a plus
Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must have or be able to obtain your own tools
Compensation:
Starting at $18/hour based on experience
