You must have HVAC experience, If you don't know how to trouble shoot and repair please don't waste your time calling us. You must be able to do general maintenance on apartments I.E. light plumbing light electrical etc. YOU must have your own hand tools we have most large tools for HVAC to use. You must be able to do on call rotation with our other techs. We supply uniforms and good pay and discounted housing for the right person.
