We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team for the 2nd shift. This temporary role offers a competitive hourly wage plus multiple shift premiums, with the potential for assignment extension depending on job performance and business requirements.
Position: Maintenance Technician
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
Hourly Pay Rate: $22.00/hour + additional premiums for 2nd shift, PEAK hours, and weekends
Assignment Length: Through December 20th, with potential for extension based on business needs and performance.
Location: Groveport, OH
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment and facilities are in optimal condition.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with machinery or facility systems.
3. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues promptly.
4. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
5. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
1. Ability to read and speak English fluently to understand instructions and safety protocols.
2. Prior experience in a maintenance or technical repair role is preferred.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
