Equipment Assembly Assistance (New Albany)

Position / Title: Assembly Assistant
Location: New Albany, OH
Compensation: $22-$26/Hour, Temporary Full-Time (40+hr/wk.); compensation based on 3-day evaluation.
The work is full time, and currently this is a 3 month - 6 month gig but could extend based on workload and new work
coming in
General Description:
Assist in installing accessories on mechanical air handling units
Must be flexible and move to tasks as needed, primarily indoor
Shift: 7:00-3:30pm as dictated by jobsite superintendent
Duties and Responsibilities:
Mount accessories, sensors, fixtures
Low voltage quick connections, and low voltage wiring
Job Requirements:
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Be prompt and reliable.
Have mechanical aptitude, and reasonable knowledge of tools
Work with team members to accomplish the goal - be flexible, open minded, respectful, work hard
Preferred Qualifications:
Manufacturing or construction experience.
Mechanically inclined and good with hand tools.
Not lazy
knowledge of HVAC equipment is a plus, but not a requirement
