The Service technician position is a hands-on technical position geared for an individual with a technical mindset. Ideal candidates will have physical security knowledge of commercial door hardware and related electronic door headwear, as well as demonstrate the ability to learn new technical methods and techniques.
Description:
Ability to install, repair, and maintain commercial door hardware
Card Access experience and locksmiths experience is a Huge Plus
Ability to modify Door hardware for locks
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, diagram or schedule form.
Ability to trouble-shoot with a variety of variables in situations
Ability to read operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write simple correspondence and use the company app
Ability to effectively present information to customers & commercial clients.
Perform emergency work orders
