I need a Person with lots of experience in remodeling that can run bath and kitchen remodels. Need to have skills in everything, tile, cabinets, crown molding, base, case, drywall repair, lighting, flooring, appliance installing, painting, everything it takes to complete a job. I hire out (large jobs) drywall, electrical, plumbing, but if you have to change an outlet or run a wire you need to know how to do these items on a small scale. Sometimes I will need you to put a new toilet flange down then install the toilet. Or sometimes I need you to go into and attic and run the new exhaust fan to the outside of them Home. Depending on your ability and ability to get jobs done quickly will determine your pay. Also if you do not smoke and regularly go to the gym I will pay more. Please call me and lets talk.
