Position Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Window, Siding, and Door Installer subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding workmanship and customer satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for the professional installation of residential replacement products, ensuring each job meets our quality standards and exceeds customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Install vinyl replacement windows, entry doors, patio doors, and exterior siding products.
Remove existing materials safely and dispose of debris properly.
Measure, level, and seal openings for precision installations.
Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
Communicate clearly with homeowners, project managers, and teammates.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Identify potential issues and report them before or during installation.
Handle tools, ladders, and equipment safely and responsibly.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience installing replacement windows, siding, or doors (preferred).
Strong understanding of installation techniques, flashing, sealing, and weatherproofing.
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and work on ladders/scaffolding.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism.
Experience with ProVia, Alside, or Royal products is a plus.
