Position: Tire/Lube Technician

Position Overview:
As a Tire/Lube Technician at State Tire and Service, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks and tire services on customer vehicles. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance tasks on customer vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and company policies
- Inspect and diagnose vehicle issues, including tire wear and proper tire inflation levels, and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
- Mount, balance, and rotate tires using state-of-the-art equipment
- Conduct thorough multi-point inspections on vehicles to identify any potential issues or necessary services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all services performed
- Assist and work collaboratively with other technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of all services
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and educating customers on proper vehicle maintenance and care
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and clean work environment for both employees and customers
- Continuously improve technical skills and stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
