Career Opportunity: Estimator in East of Dayton, Ohio

As an Estimator, you will work collaboratively with our team providing detailed estimations for our current and/or potential clients. Estimation work would include managing the budgets, project costs, payment strategies, and scheduling meetings with all parties involved. Additional tasks, include developing, managing, and communicating with our team and customers project updates or changes.
To be successful you will be detail oriented with a focus on meeting goals and deadlines. You will have the ability to actively engage with team members and offer solutions that support project requirements.
Other requirements include:
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Construction Management
5 years of estimating experience, preferably in the commercial construction industry
Ability to read & analyze construction and project management documents
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
