Responsibilities:
Ensure that all assigned contracts are completed on time and within budget. As stated in the original proposal
See that labor costs are optimized through ongoing oversight and planning with the right subcontractors and carpenters
Proficient with noting job progress within Project Management Software
Contact every assigned customer at least twice a week with progress reports
Maintain reliable subcontractor base
Attend pre-construction meetings
Coordinate the need, use and movement of materials, equipment, and personnel between jobs
Ensure that all expenditures are first supported by an approved purchase order
Participate in on-call rotation
