Ideal candidates should have great communications skills, the ability to supervise multiple priorities, strong attention to detail, and experience with directing the activities of others. We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to help manage and direct the activities of our Dayton, Ohio team.
The Dayton Branch Supervisor will have the full support of our corporate management team. We provide the systems, processes, equipment, supplies, personnel, and technology to ensure your success. Castle Keepers has a reputation for unmatched professionalism and we require professional behavior.

Responsibilities:
Great customer service
Scheduling clients and field technicians
Supervise and assist field technicians
Interview, hire, onboard, and train candidates for field technician positions
Review and manage employee behavior and performance
Develop and maintain an intimate knowledge of our policies, availability, and pricing
Constantly seek improvements for processes
Anticipate and solve client needs
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Experience in residential cleaning or similar service industry preferred
Valid OH driver's license with clean record
Clean criminal record
Be able to pass drug screening
We need a competent supervisor on-site to interview, hire, train, review, and lead field technicians, as well as handle last-minute scheduling adjustments and customer service issues which require a local response.
