I'm looking for someone experienced in customer service to take inbound booking calls for hotels. Pay is a commission of what you schedule. Excellent customer service skills are required because sometimes you will get a call from someone that called the wrong number and they are trying to get ahold of the front desk of the hotel, or maybe they have a complaint about a hotel or a question, all of those calls need to be rerouted in a professional manner to the proper number. And just like with any customer service position, you could get a crabby customer calling. These calls all need to be handled courteously and professionally. Other than that you are just helping people to book hotels in a professional and kind manner.
Requirements:
Highspeed internet
Headset
Quiet home office space
Customer Service
It would also be nice if you've had upselling experience, but this isn't required. Ongoing training opportunities are available
Please send resume. I'm interested in employing people in and around Dayton, because this is where I live, but location really doesn't matter so much, as long as you are in the US and speak fluent English.
